About the founder
With experience as CEO, Head of Production, Production Manager, Product Manager and Site Manager, Peter brings a broad operational perspective from day-to-day execution to long-term performance. Working method: Clear current situation, quick decisions, practical implementation and measurable improvements. Always with the company's goals, profitability and long-term perspective in focus.

Experience
Peter has 20+ years of leadership experience across production and sales-driven organizations, including CEO and site leadership roles. He is known for driving demanding change and turnaround initiatives improving results while building structure, clarity, and stronger ways of working.
Responsible for production and operational development in an environment with high demands on quality, reliability, and efficiency. Focused on continuous improvement, structure, and leadership to ensure stable operations and long-term performance.
Full operational responsibility for an ecological cultivation business covering approximately 13,000 square meters of greenhouse production, with direct responsibility for around 20 employees. Led organizational development with a strong focus on profitability, quality, and a sustainable working environment.
Overall responsibility for a production facility including budget, operations, maintenance, productivity, personnel, administration, and work environment. Led approximately 23 direct reports and worked systematically with improvement initiatives and operational stabilization.
Engaged as a consultant to initiate and lead change initiatives within production and workforce management. Focused on creating conditions for growth through stronger structures, processes, and production planning.
Responsible for production supervision and people management for a team of approximately 20 employees. Worked with quality assurance, structure, and policies supporting engaged leadership.
